Good Asian food, especially the Vietnamese dishes are very good, all dishes also to take away, definitely much better than the Asian fast food restaurant around the corner :-). A little more vegetables and herbs then it would be even better.

I ordered food online. The 3 stars are dedicated to the nice supplier and the delivery time. With the good reviews, I was looking forward to good food. I know that the duck is no longer crispy upon delivery, but that the meat of ALL pieces is tough and dry was the first disappointment. The "spring rolls" were without much taste so you are forced to dip them into the sweet and sour sauce so that they taste like something (at least they were otherwise crispy and looked homemade). The rice was standard and the sauce was either bought ready made or with way too many non-natural tasting ingredients in my opinion. The positive thing is the price and that everything (meat, rice and sauce) were delivered separately. All in all, not worth a recommendation for me. Hope for the other customers that I just had a bad day.

It is a nice place to enjoy Asian food and staff is really nice

I've been eating there for about 15 years. The staff is always very friendly, the food is always very good and the prices fair. There is no better duck in all of Munich. Highly recommended!!!

Our first visit, a welcome like a friend. When the weather was nice we sat outside, I will report on the interior another time. First the only downer: the 8 outside tables in front of the restaurant are directly on Dachauerstraße, only separated by a hedge, the traffic cannot be ignored. Otherwise there are no points of criticism. Perfect hospitality, very nice service with detailed information about the different dishes. Very tasty, freshly prepared, attractively presented and everything at reasonable prices. Clear recommendation.

We were there for the first time by recommendation. It proves once again that you cannot go from the outside. Very nondescript from the street, but price performance sensational. Very good food super nice service and everything very clean. Gladly again!!

Dinner at the Hoa. Absolutely delicious food and totally friendly owner. Asked three times if everything was alright or better. There are even some Japanese appetizers (Dumling dumplings) and good selection..Augustiner beer, but not on tap. My No. S5, see photo was spicy.

Very good place to spend your evening. The food was good and large portions were given. Worth for the money spent. The owner lady was very kind explaining each food and we had lovely time with her. Will return for sure.

I would like to visit again. Did not like the vietnamese stück and the soup with longly cut vegetables but main dish was a good one as well as the soup with coconut syrup.

I've been eating out 5 days a week in the local area and it's superb value for money, friendly service and amazing portions.

We came here for a late dinner when it wasn't super busy anymore, so I can't judge the service at busy hours. For us it was fair though. The food was good. Sure, there are more excellent asian restaurants in Munich if you're looking for something special, but for every-day eating out you get a good value for what you pay.

... I can honestly not understand the 4 and 5 stars to this place. ( maybe they come from the owners & family) Food is poorly reasonable. Kitchen is not a visit worth.... service is also not what you would averagely expect. Decoration is really kitschy with cheap Chinese stuff all around...looks like stuff from the 80's or so... almost funny if you come to think of it. In summary, there are better options around if you are up for it.

Quiet place, good service, good food, reasonably priced what more could you ask for. Would be happy to eat there again.
